Golf Professional Staff

Joe Condomitti, Head Golf Professional

Joe Condomitti is entering his third season as Head Golf Professional at Bonnie Briar. Joe is from Cornwall, NY and is the oldest of five siblings. Joe worked under three National Award winning Golf Professionals, Michael Breed, Jim McLean and Tom Henderson. Joe is a Plane Truth certified instructor and US Kids certified instructor. He is excited to bring these new instructional programs to Bonnie Briar.


Barbara Shipley, Assistant Golf Professional

Barbara Shipley is excited to return for her third season at Bonnie Briar this summer. Barbara was born and raised in Seneca Falls, NY and has worked at several clubs in the Metropolitan section including Quaker Ridge, Scarsdale and Rockrimmon. Barbara spent a large portion of her golf life at PGA National Golf Club obtaining experience in all areas of the golf business. Barbara is excited to share her passion for teaching and coaching with the members at Bonnie Briar.


Alan Wever, Assistant Golf Professional

Alan Wever is excited to return for his second season at Bonnie Briar this summer. Alan was born and raised in South Dakota and Graduated from New Mexico State University earning PGA Membership in 2017. Alan has been fortunate enough to work in several sections as a PGA Member and at clubs including Round Hill and Desert Mountain.


James Pilla, Starter/Director of Outside Operations

A native of New Rochelle, James Pilla enters his 18th season at Bonnie Briar. This will be his 8th year as Starter/Director of Outside Operations. When away from the club, James enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter.



Grant Gravelle

Grant Gravelle is joining the team after graduating from Campbell University in Buies Creek, North Carolina last December. Born and raised in Florida, New York, Grant has worked at the Aquidneck Club in Portsmouth, Rhode Island, Promontory Club in Park City, Utah, Brae Burn Country Club in Purchase, New York and most recently at Pine Lakes Country Club in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Grant is excited to join the Bonnie Briar team.


Justin Wardell

Justin Wardell will be joining Bonnie Briar this May for his second internship as part of the PGM program at Coastal Carolina University. Justin’s first internship was at Binghamton Country Club in upstate New York, where he was born and raised. At school, Justin is a Junior Finance Major and works with a business consulting institute when he is not on the golf course. Justin is very excited to join the Bonnie Briar team this summer and hopes to build as many relationships as he can with the members.
