Joe Condomitti, Head Golf Professional
Joe Condomitti is entering his fifth season as Head Golf Professional at Bonnie Briar. Joe is from Cornwall, New York, and is the oldest of five siblings. Throughout his career, Joe has worked under three National Award–winning Golf Professionals: Michael Breed, Jim McLean, and Tom Henderson. Joe is a Plane Truth–certified instructor and a U.S. Kids–certified instructor, reflecting his commitment to teaching players of all ages and skill levels.

Barbara Shipley, Assistant Golf Professional
Barbara Shipley is excited to return for her fifth season at Bonnie Briar this summer. She was born and raised in Seneca Falls, NY and has worked at several clubs in the Metropolitan section including Quaker Ridge Golf Club, Scarsdale Golf Club and Rockrimmon Country Club. Barbara also spent a significant portion of her golf career at PGA National Resort & Spa, where she gained experience in many areas of the golf business. She looks forward to sharing her passion for teaching and coaching with the members at Bonnie Briar this season.

Alan Wever, Assistant Golf Professional
Alan Wever is excited to return for his fourth season at Bonnie Briar this summer. Alan was born and raised in South Dakota and graduated from New Mexico State University, earning his PGA Membership in 2017. Alan has been fortunate to work in several PGA sections during his career, gaining experience at clubs including Round Hill Club and Desert Mountain Club.

Steve Eales, Starter / Director of Outside Operations
Steve Eales is returning to Bonnie Briar for his second season after previously working at the club earlier in his career. Most recently, Steve spent 10 years at Trump Golf Links at Ferry Point, where he served as Director of Outside Operations. Steve is excited to be back at Bonnie Briar and looks forward to working with the members and staff. Originally from Newcastle, England, Steve has also worked at Hampshire Country Club and Willow Ridge Country Club.

Alex Hernandez, Assistant Director of Outside Operations
Alex Hernandez is returning to Bonnie Briar for his sixth season and currently serves as our Assistant Director of Outside Operations. Alex was born in Mexico and raised in Mamaroneck. Prior to joining Bonnie Briar, he worked at Ferry Point Golf Links. During his time at Bonnie Briar, Alex has held several roles, including working at the Glas Bah before moving into his current position as Assistant Director of Outside Operations.

Grant Gravelle
Grant Gravelle is returning to Bonnie Briar for his third season as Assistant Golf Professional. Grant graduated from Campbell University in Buies Creek, North Carolina, in December 2023. Born and raised in Florida, New York, Grant has gained experience at several notable clubs, including The Aquidneck Club in Portsmouth, Rhode Island; Promontory Club in Park City, Utah; Brae Burn Country Club in Purchase, New York; and most recently Pine Lakes Country Club in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
Michael Archangelo
Michael Archangelo will be interning at Bonnie Briar this summer. He is a freshman in the Professional Golf Management (PGM) program at Coastal Carolina University in Conway, South Carolina, where he is working toward earning his Class A PGA License.
Michael grew up in Canton, Connecticut, and began playing golf at a young age. His passion for the game deepened during high school, inspiring him to pursue a career in the golf industry. He is excited for the opportunity to work at Bonnie Briar, get to know the members and staff, and experience golf in one of the premier regions in the world.
