We welcome Asi back for his seventh season at BBCC, this will be his second year as Director of Tennis. Asi is a certified USPTA/PTR Teaching Professional since 2000. He played 4 years of Division 1 Tennis for Mount Saint Mary’s University. After graduation, Asi worked at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center with the High Performance Program designed for the top sectional and national ranked juniors in the Eastern Section. For 9 years, Asi was the Head Women’s Tennis Coach for Division 1, Long Island University. While at L.I.U., Asi was a 4x NCAA NEC Coach of the Year, 2010 NCAA ITA Northeast Region Coach of the Year, and 2x NCAA NEC Tennis Champion. He led the Long Island University Blackbirds to two NCAA National berths in 2009 and 2010.

Geoff LoConte

Geoff is in his 4th year with the Bonnie Briar Country Club racquets program. He is a Certified USPTA Elite Professional, PTR, PPR, and PPTA Pro and CRSE. He is an energetic and engaging racquet sports professional with 15 years of coaching experience both adults and children of all levels and continues to compete competitively in tennis, pickleball and platform tennis on the local and national level. Geoff loves spending his free time with his wife and two daughters.

Matthew Finnerty
Matt played collegiate tennis at the University of Mount Olive. After graduating, he went on to study his masters in sports business administration. He has worked at Whipporwill Country Club, Armonk Indoor, and Century Country Club.

Alex Altman
Alex played collegiate tennis at Quinnipiac University. He has worked at New Rochelle Racquet Club, Center Court, and Westchester Tennis Club.

Jonathan Compres
Jonathan reached a top 5 National junior ranking in the Dominican Republic. Jonathan received a NCAA scholarship to play tennis at Post University in Connecticut. He has toured on the Futures ATP circuit.
